WHAT TYPE OF SITE IS THIS?
A prestigious private healthcare site with both clients and patients visiting on a daily basis.
BEFORE
The site had previously offered soluble coffee and roast and ground via cafetiere. The previous soluble coffee offer was granulated Gold Blend with an unbranded low quality whitener.
WHY KENCO MILLICANO?
Serving coffee was very time consuming via the cafetiere, and the instant coffee was not meeting the client’s standards. The client wanted to offer a quality product with ease to offer added value that matched the high level of service being provided. The client was also unwilling to purchase new coffee equipment as the existing machines (Crane Visions) were relatively new.In addition to this we (Kenco Local Business Service) felt that it wasn’t the equipment that was at fault, rather that the machines were not set up correctly and a low quality product was being used through them.
AFTER
The premium quality, great taste and ease of operation made Kenco Millicano the obvious choice, and this product is now served alongside Milfresh Gold through a table top dispense machine. Also the client now only needs one type of coffee offering to meet all of its requirements – there is no longer the need to run both the cafetieres and Vision machines.
WHAT IS WORKING?
With Kenco Millicano, the customer benefits from all the ease and time saving properties of an instant coffee, but without losing the roast and ground coffee qualities – the quality of the Millicano based drinks is fantastic.
