Check the warranty on your coffee machine

When renting, leasing or purchasing a coffee machine please make sure you understand fully what is and isn’t included in the package.  With Kenco Local Business Service we always include delivery, installation and a full ON SITE warranty with any machine that we rent, lease or sell to one of our customers.  This gives you complete peace of mind.  Some of our competitors are not so straightforward in their deals.

The first thing to check is that delivery and installation is included at all.  Often it isn’t particularly when dealing with the Internet dealers.  Too often the machine simply arrives in a box and you are expected to set it up yourself.  In some instances this isn’t too bad but if you have ordered a bean to cup coffee machine then it is a good idea to have a trained technician set it up.

The second thing to check is that the machine carries a warranty at all an also what type of warranty it is.  In some instances equipment can be sold with no service back up at all.  Obviously this can present problems if things go wrong.  In other instances the machine may carry a warranty but it comes in the form of a return to base deal.  This means that if the machine goes wrong you will be expected to drain it of water, box it up and send it back to the supplier.  This is obviously awkward, time consuming and can leave you without a machine for up to a couple of weeks.
