Kenco Local Business Service have a wide variety of office coffee machine available to rent or lease. Typically we rent reconditioned coffee machines directly, which gives us much greater flexibility, and we will lease brand new equipment. Obviously in this case we are limited to what we happen to have in stock if you are looking to rent over a short term (for example one year). If however you are happy to commit to a longer lease contract (typically 3 years) then we can supply whatever you like.
The difference between a rental agreement and a lease agreement is that with a rent we directly invoice you every three months for the machine. Because we have complete control over the contract we can offer more flexible terms and shorter contracts. The downside with these types of agreements for us is that Kenco Local Business Service assume all of the risk. Because of this increased risk generally we only enter into direct rental agreements with reconditioned equipment. With a lease agreement the risk is assumed by a third party, typically and bank or other financial institution. We effectively sell the coffee machine to them and they lease it to you. In this instance they assume the risk which means that we have to use their agreements and the terms and conditions contained within. Obviously this means that there is less flexibility with these agreements but it does allow you to have the machine that you want.
The Kenco Singles brewer is ideal as an office coffee machine and we have both new a refurbished machine available, therefore enabling us to offer some phenomenal deals on this type of equipment. The Jura coffee machines are a very attractive machine that would grace any office. However due to their popularity we often do not have refurbished machines available. Having said this, given what they offer in terms of quality of drink they are great value for money.
The Korinto bean to cup coffee machine is another that has proven very successful in the office environment. As this is still relatively new to our range (having been introduced two and a half years ago) we only rarely have refurbished machines available. It is always worth asking though as the Korinto really is a fantastic coffee machine that fits very well into an office setting.
The range of refurbished equipment available for rental constantly varies so it is always worth asking what we have available.
