The other thing that we include is a full on site warranty with any rental agreement. Again this is often an extra charge with many of our competitors.
Lastly please consider staff training. It is absolutely imperative that the staff who will be operating your coffee machine are fully trained on it. This can head off all sorts of problems in the long run. Again we include staff training in any quote, and once again our competitors often don’t.
We have had instances where we have had to be the Knight in shining armour after a customer had signed a lease or rental agreement with another company only to find that these items were not included. It is always worth checking before you sign everything that you have the appropriate back up and training on any coffee equipment.
