Staying in contact with our customers

One aspect of the business that we feel is very important, and that we work very hard on, is trying to stay in regular contact with out customers.  Kenco Local Business Service feel that this is very important in order to fully understand where and how we are doing a good job as well as if there are ways in which we can improve our service.

Too often some of our competitors will deliver and install a machine and then that is the last time you will see them.  This can lead to machines being set up incorrectly and a dissatisfied customer.  We will always make follow up visits and phone calls so that if there is a problem with the strength of the coffee or the drinks range in your machine we can address it.

Our operators also keep an eye out for trends in the vending machines that they look after.  If they notice that a particular line is selling very well then, where practical we will increase the amount of that particular item in the machine.  Obviously if the reverse is true and an item isn’t selling will will endeavour to replace it with something which does.

We are even happy to schedule regular meetings throughout your contract to assess the vending offering.  This allows you a forum to put your point of view accross as well as getting to know one of our very lovely sales team!
